Trading CFD Add More CFD Symbols on MT4 Platform
To add more CFD Symbols on the MT4 software use the MT4 "Market Watch" Window - To Open the MT4 Market Watch Window, Click "View" Menu next to the "File" Menu at the tops left corner of MetaTrader 4 cfd Platform, then from the drop down menu select "Market Watch" button so as to open the "Market Watch" on the MT4 cfd Platform.
Once you open the Market Watch window the list of available cfd symbols will be displayed on the MT4 platform & as cfd trader you can open a cfd chart from this market watch window. From this Market watch window you can also add cfd instruments symbols on the MT4 platform.
If you want to add more CFD Symbols cfds price quotes on this Market Watch window, Right Click within the Market Watch window and a Pop Window appears - from this popup window select the option - "Show All" - this will then display all the cfd symbols that are available for trading in MT4 platform.
Once these cfd quotes are opened on the Market Watch window, you can then select any of the cfd quote & open a cfd chart by double clicking on that cfd instrument cfd symbol.

The market watch window in MT4 platform is used to display an array of CFD symbols for cfd instruments.
To access this Market Watch display of MetaTrader 4 quotes on the MetaTrader 4 Platform a trader should go to the view menu as displayed and shown below and select the Market Watch Window by Clicking on it. (The Ctrl+M is the short cut for getting this window popup as displayed below, by pressing this shortcut, you can enable market watch window tab popup instead of going to "view" menu)

Once a trader selects the cfd market watch window, the following window will pop-up showing a list of CFD symbols available for trading.
How to Add CFD Symbols in MT4 Platform
As a trader you might also want to trade a cfd quote that isn't listed on this MetaTrader 4 cfd instruments symbols list as shown below.
For example, on the above cfd symbols list only 5 instruments are displayed.
To get the other cfd symbols that aren't listed, you can right click inside this market watch window as shown below and the following window will appear. You can then select "Show All" button so as to display all the available trading instruments symbols on this MT4 cfds trading platform.
