The Sub Menu, within the MT5 CFD Trading Indicators Insert Menu can be used to place these MetaTrader 5 Indicators on a cfd chart by selecting and then clicking on the MetaTrader 5 CFDs Chart Indicator to place it on the cfds chart.
Once you click on an MT5 indicator the following pop-up will appear:

As a trader you can just click the 'OK' button to place the MT5 Indicator on the cfds chart.
You can also change a few MT5 CFD Trading Indicators setting, for example in the above MetaTrader 5 Indicator you can set the color style to blue, change the line width and change the period used to calculate the MT5 Indicator settings.
A level can also be added by choosing the 'Levels' button key as illustrated & shown below:

To add a level on a MetaTrader 5 indicator, just click the add button & choose the level where you want to add this levels, normally this is set as a number. The color of the level can also be changed on the style button marked silver along with format of the line and the width of the line.
The next button key shown below, visualization button is used to determine which cfd chart timeframe the MT5 technical indicator should appear on:

By default a cfd MT5 indicator is set to appear on all the cfds chart timeframes, but you can uncheck the "All Time frames" option and select fewer cfd chart timeframes where you want the MT5 indicator to appear on, for example by selecting only the M15, H1 and H4, this way it won't appear on any other cfd chart apart from these three cfd chart timeframes - to have it show on all cfd chart timeframes just check the "All Time frames" option.
