How to Place MetaTrader 5 Indicators in MetaTrader 5 Charts

Step 1: Open The Software Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as illustrated and shown below - Navigate to " View " menu (then click) and then choose " Navigator " window (click), or From Standard ToolBar click "Navigator" button key or press shortcut key-board keys "Ctrl+N"

On the MT5 Navigator window panel, choose "Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the MetaTrader 5 CFDs Indicators Menu on Navigator Window Panel

Expand menu by clicking on expand button mark (+) or double-click "indicators" menu, after this the MT5 button will now appear as (-) and will now display a list as shown below.

From Above panel you can then add any MetaTrader 5 indicator you want on MetaTrader 5 chart.

Placing Heiken Ashi on Chart

Step 1: Select the Heiken Ashi button in MT5 list of technical indicators as displayed below:

Step 2: Doubleclick Heiken Ashi Button, & click ok to insert the indicator in the chart as illustrated & shown below:

Edit Heiken Ashi Indicator Settings

To Change Settings, right click in Heiken Ashi Indicator, choose property settings and then edit properties of technical indicator using the pop-up menu that pops up & then click ok button after you change settings.

The following popup window panel pops up & the Indicator settings can be edited from this pop up window panel.
