Commodity Trading Set a Sell Limit Commodities Order in MetaTrader 4 Software
The example illustrated and explained below explains how to set a sell limit commodity order on the MT4 platform.
A sell limit commodity order is an order to sell a commodities at a better commodities trading price after the commodities market price has retraced.
Setting Sell Limit Commodity Orders in MT4 Platform
To set up these sell limit commodities trading orders on MetaTrader 4 software use the following procedure:
- Right click on commodities trading chart
- Choose 'Trading' Option on the Menu
- Then Choose 'New' Order Option on Popup widow which appears
- Then on trade setup pop up window panel that pops up (illustrated below), under label 'Type' select option of "Pending Commodity Trading Order" instead of 'market execution' order
- Under the pending commodity order options select the pending commodity order type: For This trade choose "Sell Limit Commodity Trading Order" so as to set a pending sell limit commodity order & after which specify the commodities trading price at which you want the sell entry limit commodity order executed.
