MT5 demo trading account is a free practice account provided for beginner traders online commodities traders, otherwise known as a practice account that you practice with, the cash is virtual, not real money. No one uses real money to start with, all novice traders use the practice account to practice with before investing and depositing real money to trade with. The MT5 commodities demo trading account is meant to provide free Commodities training practice while they learn how to trade the online commodities market.
You'll need to register with an online commodities broker before you can get this free practice account. After you signup you will then get sign in credentials for your MetaTrader 5 practice account. You will then use these commodities account login details to login to your commodities MT5 practice account & begin practicing with.
How to Trade Commodities in MetaTrader 5 Software
After you have gotten the MT5 commodities account details you will then install the MT5 software on your PC computer. If you have never installed any software before navigate to folder where you downloaded the commodities MT5 software (don't know where that is, Press both Ctrl and J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your MT5 download will appear), double-click the download software file and then click next, next until you finish installing.
After you have installed the MT5 commodities trading software you will then open the software from the start menu of your PC computer. After you have opened the MT5 commodities trading platform you will see the trading interface you will be working with which may seem complicated at first but it is not. At "top left corner" of MT5 software click on the "File" Menu, a drop down menu appears, scroll to where you see "Login" and click it. You will then be prompted to enter the "username" and "password" which you got when you registered on your broker's site.' You are now logged in to your commodities MT5 platform & you are ready to begin commodity trading.
After this you will see your commodity trading account balance displayed just below commodities charts and you can now start using the MT5 to place demo trades on the Commodities trading market.
