After you have signed up for a practice - you will use the account login details and you can then download and install the MT4 forex software on your computer. If you have not installed any software before go to the folder where you downloaded it (don't know where that is, just do this Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your downloads will appear), double-click the download MT4 file and click next, next until you finish installing.

After you have installed the MT4 software you will then open the platform software from the start menu of your computer. After you have opened the MT4 trading platform you will see the interface you will be working with which may seem complicated at first but it is not. At 'top left corner' of MT4 forex platform software click on the 'File' Menu, a drop down menu appears, scroll to where you see 'Login' and click it. You will then be prompted to enter the 'username' and 'password' that you got when you registered for a practice trading account on your broker's web site.' You are now logged into your MT4 trading platform & you are ready to start trading on MT4 software.

After this you will see your account balance displayed just below the charts and you can now start using the MT4 trading platform to place practice trade transactions on the Forex trading market.
