The Acceleration/Deceleration indicator measures changes in trend momentum and is widely used to assess stock market movements.

This indicator changes direction before price changes its direction.

The AC is used to generate early market signals of the trend reversals.

If AC changes direction then xauusd gold price direction will soon follow.

The Zero line functions as the equilibrium point where the forces of upward price momentum and downward price deceleration balance each other out.

If AC is higher than Zero, then it's easier for the acceleration to continue in the upward movement.

If Acceleration Deceleration is below zero, it indicates a higher likelihood of downward momentum continuing.

The Zero point is not regarded as a buy or sell signal when it is crossed.

A buy or sell trade gets derived and generated when color of the AC changes from color red to green.

When current column changes from red to green this is analyzed as a buy.

When ruling column is colored red, you can not buy.

A buy signal is triggered when the indicator value is above Zero and the current trading bar is colored green.

When the AC is below zero and the bar is green, seek a buy signal. Three green bars confirm it too.

When current column shifts from green to red this is analyzed as a sell.

When current column is color green, you can't sell.

A sell signal is generated when the indicator is below zero, and the corresponding bar is red.

If AC is more than zero and the current bar is red, you need another signal to sell. Three green bars also work.
