Place Alligator Indicator on Chart

How to Place Indicators in MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator panel as shown below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click it) & then select 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, select "Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Trading Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking expand button mark (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear as (-) & will now show as a listing as illustrated below.

From Above panel you can then add any indicator you want on the chart.

Placing Alligator Indicator

Step 1: Choose the Alligator button on MetaTrader 4 list of as illustrated on the example shown & described below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the Alligator Button, and click ok to place the technical indicator on the chart as shown below:

Edit Alligator Indicator Settings

To Change the Settings, right click on Indicator, select properties setting and then edit properties using the pop up menu which pops up and then click ok button once you have changed the setting.

Following pop-up window appears & Alligator settings can be edited from this pop up window.
