How to Place Indicators on MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Software Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as shown below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click it) and then select 'Navigator' window (press), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press key-board shortcut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, choose "Indicators", (Double Press)

Step 2: Expand the Trading Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by pressing expand button mark (+) or doubleclick 'indicators' menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) and will now be shown as a listing as illustrated below.

From Above panel you can then add any technical indicator you want on to the +trading chart.

Placing Trading Indicator on Chart

Step 1: Select the Force Index button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Edit Indicator Settings

To Change the Settings, rightclick on Technical Indicator, choose properties setting and then edit property settings using the pop-up menu that pops & then click okay button once you have changed the setting.
