Trading XAUUSD Interpret Buy & Sell XAUUSD Orders in MT4 XAUUSD Charts
To open a buy or a sell gold trade on the MetaTrader 4 platform - open the Market Watch Window, Select the Gold Symbol you want to open a Gold Trade with, open the chart of the gold symbol by double clicking on the xauusd price quote, then from the chart open a buy or sell gold trade using the MetaTrader 4 order window shown below:
Place New XAUUSD Order in Tools Menu on MetaTrader 4 Platform
A new buy or sell gold order to buy or sell a gold trading instrument can be found on the tools menu within the MetaTrader 4 Gold Platform. The "New Gold Order" button for placing a new trade transaction on the MetaTrader 4 platform is shown below. (MetaTrader 4 Keyboard Short Cut Keys "F9")

Buy or Sell Gold Trading Order in MT4 Platform
As a gold trader, once you select the new gold order button key as illustrated and illustrated above the following trade order popup window will appear. This pop up includes the settings for placing a new trade transaction.
Choose Buy to open a Buy Gold Trade
Choose Sell to open a Sell Gold Trade

How Do You Interpret Buy and Sell Gold Orders in MT4 Gold Charts
Following Settings are specified for placing and setting a new xauusd trade order:
- Symbol - Specify the instrument to be traded - gold.
- Volume - The Number of Lots to be transacted
- Stop Loss XAUUSD Order - Set Stop Loss Gold Order, This option can be set after opening the trade, or for pending gold orders
- Take Profit XAUUSD Order - Set Take Profit Gold Order, This option can be set after opening the trade, or for pending gold orders
- Type: Market Execution or Pending XAUUSD Order
- Sell by Market - Open a Sell Gold Trade
- Buy by Market - Open a Buy Gold Trade
To Buy at current xauusd price select the Buy by Market button key
To Sell at current xauusd price select the Sell by Market button key
