How to Find Chart Timeframes in MT4

Chart Timeframes on MetaTrader 4 Periodicity Tool-Bar

The MetaTrader 4 platform software provides for the following chart timeframes that traders can use to trade xauusd.

M1 for 1 Min Charts

M5 for 5 Min Charts

M15 for 15 Min Charts

M30 for 30 Min Charts

H1 for H1 Charts

H4 for the 4 Hours Charts

D for Daily Charts

W for Weekly Charts

M for Monthly Charts

To display the chart timeframes on the MT4 follow the step below:

1. Go to the Periodicity Tool Bar on the Top Right of the MetaTrader 4 Software
2. Select The Customize Button - Vertical Dots on the Periodicity Tool-Bar
3. Then Select The Chart Timeframes that you want displayed on the MetaTrader 4 Periodicity Tool-Bar
4. Then click OK

The chart timeframes that you want to trade with will then be illustrated and displayed on the MetaTrader 4 platform software.
