How to Add Gold Trading Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window Panel
Open the Navigator panel window just as illustrated and shown below - Navigate to the 'View' menu (then click on it) & then select and choose 'Navigator' panel window (press), or From Standard Toolbar click 'Navigator' button or press key-board short-cut key 'Ctrl+N'
On Navigator window, select & choose "Technical Indicators", (DoubleClick)
Step 2: Expand the XAUUSD Trading Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Expand the menu by pressing the unfold tool button feature "+" or double click 'indicators' menu, after which this button will then now appear as (-) & will now be put to display as a listing just as illustrated and shown below.
From Above window you then can add any indicator that you want on to the chart.
Placing Ichimoku Indicator on Chart
Step 1: Select/Choose the Ichimoku button on the MT4 list of indicators as pictured below:
Step 2: Double Click Ichimoku Button, click okay to add trading indicator onto the chart just as is shown below:
Edit Ichimoku Indicator Settings
To Adjust and Change the Setting, rightclick in Ichimoku Indicator, select properties setting and then edit the properties of the technical indicator using the pop-up menu which pops and then click okay button once you've changed the setting.
Following popup panel pops up & the Technical Indicator properties settings can be altered & edited from this pop-up window.
