How to Add Gold Trading Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window Panel

Open the Navigator panel window just as illustrated and shown below - Navigate to the 'View' menu (then click on it) & then select and choose 'Navigator' panel window (press), or From Standard Toolbar click 'Navigator' button or press key-board short-cut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator window, select & choose "Technical Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the XAUUSD Trading Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Press the "+" or double-click "indicators" to expand the menu. It turns into "-" and displays the list as shown below.

From Above window you then can add any indicator that you want on to the chart.

Placing Ichimoku Indicator on Chart

Step 1: choose/pick out the Ichimoku button at the MT4 list of indicators as pictured beneath:

Step 2: Double-click the Ichimoku button and confirm by clicking okay to incorporate the trading indicator onto the chart as illustrated below:

Edit Ichimoku Indicator Settings

To modify the technical settings of the Ichimoku Indicator, execute a right-click on it, select 'properties setting,' then adjust the indicator's parameters via the provided pop-up menu, concluding by clicking the OK button after all changes are made.

Following popup panel pops up & the Technical Indicator properties settings can be altered & edited from this pop-up window.
