How to Place Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator panel as illustrated below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click it) and then select 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, select "Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking expand button mark (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) and will now be shown as a list as shown below.

From Above panel you can then add any indicator you want on the chart.

Setting Market Facilitation Indicator on a Chart

Step 1: Choose the MFI button in the MT4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the Market Facilitation Index Button Key, & click okay to place this indicator on the chart as illustrated below:

Edit MFI Technical Indicator Settings

To Change the Settings, right-click on the indicator, select properties setting & then edit the properties of the MFI indicator using the popup menu that appears & then click ok button key once you've changed the setting.

Following pop-up window panel pops up & the indicator settings can be edited from the pop-up panel.
