MA Support and Resistance Areas
MAs can be used as points of support and resistance on charts.
When the price interacts with a Moving Average, that specific MA level often serves as either a support floor or a resistance ceiling for the price action.
Buy Signal
If the price is on an upward trend and starts to retrace, then most traders might wait to buy at a better price when the price tests/touches a support level. Traders will sometimes use the MA to determine the support level.
A buy signal materializes when the price intersects the Moving Average, reverses course, and begins moving in an upward trajectory. Confirmation of this signal occurs when the price closes above the Moving Average. Since numerous traders rely on MAs for signal generation, price movement frequently responds to these technical reference points.
A stoploss should be set just below the Moving Average Indicator. Ideally it should be placed a couple of pips below the previous low.

Sell Trading Signal
If the price is in a downtrend and begins to reverse temporarily, many traders might choose to delay selling until they can enter at a more advantageous price point, typically when the price reaches a resistance level. Moving Averages are sometimes employed by traders to pinpoint these resistance zones.
When the price tests/touches the MA, turns, and begins to move in the direction of the fall, a sell signal is produced. When the price closes below the MA, the signal is confirmed. Price will often react to these technical levels since many traders employ the moving averages MAs to create trading signals.
A stop loss should be placed slightly above the MA MA indicator, ideally a few pips over the highest point previously reached.

Resistance Area turns Support Level
In Gold - When a resistance level is broken it turns into support and vice versa.
This happens when the main reasons for a market trend change, which changes the direction of gold. The moving average MA tool shows the market direction change, and it's confirmed when the resistance area becomes a support level or the other way around (when a support level becomes a resistance area).
