Place Volumes Indicator in Chart in MT4 Platform Software
This Lesson will explain how to place the Volumes Indicator on Chart in the MT4 Trading Software.
How to Add Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window
Open Navigator panel window such as illustrated below - Go to the "View" menu (then click on it) and then select & choose the "Navigator" panel (press), or From Standard ToolBar click the "Navigator" button or press key-board short cut keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator panel, select "Indicators", select and choose Indicators (Double-Press)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Expand this menu by clicking the expound (+) tool/button marker ed " + " or doubleclick the "indicators" menu, & after that this particular button then will now appear as (-) & will now be shown as a list just as illustrated below.
From the Above panel you then can add any indicator which you as the trader want on the trading chart.
Placing Volumes Indicator on Chart
Step 1: Select the Volumes button on the MT4 list of indicators as pictured below:
Step 2: Double Click the Volumes Button, & click okay button to add the technical indicator to the chart such as illustrated and shown below:
Edit Trading Indicator Setting
To Adjust the Settings, right click in the Volumes Indicator, select properties setting & then edit property settings using the pop-up menu that pops & then click okay button key once you've changed the settings.
The following popup window pops up and the technical indicator properties settings can be edited from this pop-up window.
