Place Volumes Indicator in Chart in MT4 Platform Software
This lesson will demonstrate the exact procedure for placing the Volumes Indicator onto the Chart within the MT4 Trading Software environment.
How to Add Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window
Open Navigator panel window such as illustrated below - Go to the "View" menu (then click on it) and then select & choose the "Navigator" window (press), or From Standard ToolBar click the "Navigator" button or press key-board short cut keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator panel, select "Indicators", select and choose Indicators (Double-Press)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Click the + button to open this menu. Or double-click the indicators menu. The button turns into a - and displays a list, like the one shown below.
From the top panel, add any indicator you need to the chart.
Placing Volumes Indicator on Chart
Step 1: Choose the Volumes button from the MT4 indicator list, as shown below.
Step 2: Double Click the Volumes Button, & click okay button to add the technical indicator to the chart such as shown below:
Edit Trading Indicator Setting
To Change the Settings, right click in the Volumes Indicator, pick properties setting & then change property settings using the menu that shows up & then click okay button once you've changed the settings.
The ensuing pop-up window will appear, providing the interface from which the settings for the technical indicator's properties can be modified.
