Place Volumes Indicator in Chart in MetaTrader 4
This Lesson will explain how to place the Volumes Indicator on a Trading Chart in the MetaTrader 4 Trading Software.
How to Place Technical Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Software Navigator Window
Open the Navigator panel window as illustrated below - Go to "View" menu (then click it) and then select "Navigator" panel (press), or From Standard Tool-Bar click the "Navigator" button or press key-board shortcut keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator panel, select "Indicators", select Indicators (Double-Press)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Expand menu by clicking expand + button marked (+) or doubleclick the "indicators" menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) and will now be shown as a list as shown below.
From the Above panel you then can add any indicator which you as the trader want on the +trading chart.
Placing Volumes Indicator on a Trading Chart
Step 1: Select the Volumes button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as pictured below:
Step 2: Double Click the Volumes Button, & click okay button to add the technical indicator to the chart as illustrated below:
Edit Trading Indicator Setting
To Adjust the Settings, right click in the Volumes Indicator, select properties setting & then edit property settings using the pop-up menu that pops & then click okay button key once you have changed the settings.
The following popup window pops up and the technical indicator settings can be edited from this pop up window.
