Technical Analysis of CFD Trend Lines
A cfd trend line can be an upwards cfd trend-line or a downwards cfd trend line.
An up cfd trendline is drawn by connecting 2 lows & the cfds price lows are connected using straight line. This straight line shows that the cfd prices are heading upward because this cfd trend line slopes upward - hence its name upwards cfd trend line. CFD traders then use this cfd trend-line as a support zone of the cfd price. New buy cfds trades are opened once the cfds price touches the upward cfd trend line.
A down cfd trendline is drawn by connecting 2 highs & the cfds price highs are connected using straight line. This straight line shows that the cfd prices are heading downward because this cfd trend line slopes downwards - hence its name downward cfd trend line. CFD traders then use this cfd trend-line as a resistance level of the cfd price. New sell cfds trades are opened once the cfds price touches the downwards cfd trend line.
