What is a CFD Trend?

A cfd trend is the tendency of cfd prices to move in one specific direction for a certain period of time.

Cfd prices generally move in trends, the cfd trend direction can either be upwards or downwards.

CFD Traders use cfd tools such as cfd trend-lines to identify cfd trends.

CFD Trend lines help to define entry and exit points for trades that are open by cfds traders.

The cfd trend line define the cfd market cfd trend & as long as cfd prices continue to move within the cfd trend line the traders will keep their trade open. CFD traders will only close their open cfd trade once the cfd prices stop moving within the cfd trend lines.

The two types of cfd trends are:

This is the most reliable cfd method to trade CFD because once cfd prices start to move in one direction they can continue moving in that particular direction for quite some time in what is known as a trend.

Principles of How to Draw and Define CFDs Trend

  1. Use cfds candle stick charts

  2. The points used to draw the cfd trend are along the lows of the cfds price bars in a rising market. An upward bullish cfd trend move is defined by higher highs and higher lows.
  3. The points used to plot are along the highs of the cfds price bars in a falling market. A downwards bearish cfd trend move is defined by lower highs and lower lows.
  4. The points used to draw the cfd trend lines are extremes points - the high or the low cfds price. These cfds price extremes are important because a close beyond the extreme tells cfd traders that the cfd trend of cfd might be changing. This is an entry or an exit cfds trading signal.
  5. The more often a cfd trend is touched by cfds price but it's not broken, then the more powerful the cfd trend signal.
