XAUUSD Trading Platform MT5 Setup

After you have signed up for a xauusd practice practice account - you will use the account log in details and you as a trader can use then download & install the MetaTrader 5 software on your PC Desktop computer. If you have never installed any software before go to folder where you downloaded it (do not know where that is, do this Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and a list of your downloads will pop up), doubleclick the download MT5 file and click next, next until you finish.

After you have installed MetaTrader 5 platform you'll then open the MetaTrader 5 platform from the begin menu of your PC computer. After you've opened the MT5 platform you will see MT5 software interface you'll be working with & it may seem complicated at first but it's not.

At the 'top left corner' of the MetaTrader 5 platform software click on 'File' Menu, a drop-down menu pops up, scroll to where you see "Sign in" & click it. You will then be asked to enter the 'username' & 'password' that you got when you signed up for a MetaTrader 5 practice trading account on your xauusd broker's site.' You are now logged in to your MT5 platform & you are ready to begin xauusd trading in MetaTrader 5 software.

After this you will see your xauusd account balance displayed just below the xauusd charts and you can now start using the MT5 platform to place demo trades on the XAUUSD trading market.
