How Do I Log onto MT4?
- Select the 'File' Menu
- Select Accounts & Click "Log In"
- Type your Gold Trading Sign in Account Number & Password.
- Select the correct server - Demo Gold Account choose Demo Server, Real Gold Trading Account Choose Real Server.
- Choose the checkbox "Save the Account Data Information".
- Press Login Button Key.

Before placing any trade on the MetaTrader 4 platform, you'll be required to login to your xauusd account and get authenticated before gaining access. Authentication is checking to see if the details you provide for User-name & Password are correct details.
To begin trading on MT4, just click on 'File', then choose and click "Sign in" button key from the file drop down menu as illustrated below.

As a trader once you click this login button, then a popup panel will pop-up prompting you to in put your Gold Trading Account Username and Password as illustrated below:

Once you input your Gold Trading Account Username & Password you will then have to choose the trading server: because this is a demo gold trading account, for this instance you will then choose 'Demo', if it was a real gold trading account/live xauusd trading account then you would have to select 'Real' Server on this option by clicking the drop down arrow on the right side of the above text box on the MT4 software.
Then tick the box 'Save Account Information'
Then Click 'Login'
Once you click sign in your MT4 xauusd trading account details will be authenticated & you'll then have access to your MT4 xauusd trading account & when logged in to your trading account you can begin to trade & place new orders in the xauusd market on the MT4 platform. If you do not have login details you can get these details by registering a practice xauusd trading account with a broker.
