Place Moving Averages(MA) Technical Indicator in Chart on the MetaTrader 4 Platform

How to Add XAU USD Indicators on MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window Panel
Open the Navigator window panel such as illustrated - Go to the "View" menu (then click on it) & then select "Navigator" window (click), or From Standard ToolBar click "Navigator" button or press keyboard shortcut keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator section, find and pick "Indicators", (Press the button twice)
Step 2: Expand the XAUUSD Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Press the + expand button to open this menu. Or double-click the indicators menu. The button changes to - and shows a list, as pictured below.
From the panel window above, you can add any indicator you wish to the chart.
Placing MA on Chart
Step 1: Pick the Moving Average button on the MetaTrader 4 list of tools as seen below:
Step 2: Click twice on the MA Button, then click okay to add the technical indicator to the chart, as shown in the picture here:
Edit Indicator Setting
To change the settings, right-click the Indicator, pick the properties setting, then change the properties of the technical indicator using the menu that pops up, and then click the "okay" button after you've changed them.
The following popup panel appears, allowing for the modification and adjustment of Trading Technical Indicator properties from this window.
