How to Add MetaTrader 5 Indicators on MT5 Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window Panel
Open Navigator window just as shown below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click on it) and then select and choose 'Navigator' window (press), or From Standard ToolBar click 'Navigator' button or press key-board short cut key 'Ctrl+N'
On MetaTrader 5 Navigator panel, choose and select "Technical Indicators", (Double Press)
Step 2: Expand MT5 Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Expand this menu by pressing the unfold tool button function (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after this the MT5 button will appear and be shown as (-) & will now show as a list just as is illustrated and shown below.
From Above window you can then add any MetaTrader 5 technical indicator which you want in the MT5 chart.
Placing MA on Chart
Step 1: Choose the Moving Average button on the MT5 list of indicators just as shown below:
Step 2: Double Click the MA Button, & click okay button to place and set the technical technical indicator onto the chart as pictured below:
Edit Indicator Settings
To Change the Settings, rightclick the Indicator, choose properties setting and then edit properties of the technical indicator using the pop-up menu that pops and then click ok button once you've changed the setting.
Following popup window panel appears and MetaTrader 5 Trading Technical Indicator properties settings can be altered & edited from this pop up panel.
