The stock trend is your friend. Is a popular saying among stock traders because you should never go against the stock trend when trading stock. This is the most reliable stock trading strategy used to trade Stock Trading because once stock prices start to move in one direction they can move in that particular direction for quite some time within the stock trend - therefore using this stock trend technique presents opportunity to make profits from Stock Trading market.

To identify a stock trend stock traders commonly use the stock trend lines. Stock trend lines are provided on the MetaTrader 4 stocks charts and stocks traders can use these stock trend line drawing tools on the MetaTrader 4 software to draw stock trend lines on stock charts.

Traders can then interpret the stock trend movements on the stock charts using these stock trend lines.

Principles of How to Draw Stocks Trend Lines on Stocks Charts

  1. Use stock candle-stick charts to draw stock trend lines

  2. The chart points used to draw the stock trend lines - upwards stock trend lines are along the lows of the stocks price bars in a bullish stock market. An upwards bullish stock trend is defined by higher highs and higher lows of the stock trading price.
  3. The chart points used to draw the stock trend line - downwards stock trend-lines are along the highs of the stocks price bars in a bearish stock market. A downward bearish stock trend is defined by lower highs and lower lows of the stock trading price.
  4. The chart points used to draw the stock trend lines are extremes points - the high or the low stocks price. These extreme stocks price points are important because a stock price close beyond the extreme tells stock traders the stock trend might be changing. This is an entry or an exit stock trade signal.
  5. The more often a stock trend line is touched by stocks price but it's not broken, the more powerful its stock trend signal.
