Drawing a Stocks Trading Upwards Trend-Line
When the stocks market moves up it forms higher highs & higher lows forming a bullish market movement - upward stocks trend. An upward stock trendline can then be plotted by connecting these higher lows of the stock trading price.
To draw this upwards stock trend setup we use support levels. To plot the upward stock trend line correctly two supports are needed. When stocks price touches the upwards line we open buy stocks trades & place stop loss just a few pips below the upward stock trend line. The upwards stock trend setup will show the general direction of the market as bullish therefore stock traders will only open buy long trades as long as stocks price is within this up stock trend setup and within the support levels.
These support levels are the levels where if the stocks market retraces then this support points will provide strong supports for the stock price. This is why many buyers will wait until stocks price retraces downwards and hits these retracements levels on the upward stock trend line to open buy stocks trades. Trades opened at these levels have a high Risk: Reward Ratio and have little drawdown.
In the above setup the trader would have opened buy stocks trades form the stock signals generated at the support 1, support 2, support 3 & these buy stocks trades would have been opened with minimum amount of draw down/retracement.

A stock channel is drawn by plotting a line that is parallel to the upward stock trend line and then adjusted to touch the tops boundary of the stocks price movement. This then forms a channel - upward channel & as long as the stocks price stays between these two channels the bullish market stock trend movement will continue moving up.
