To trade with the MT5 software a trader will need to first download the MT5 software & the Install this MT5 platform on the computer.

After installing MetaTrader 5 platform traders can then login to the MetaTrader 5 software and open trades using this MT5 platform.

How to Download MT5

To download the MT5 platform a trader will need to first of all go to their broker website and form the software section of their broker website select MT5 software & select the link to download the MT5 platform.

How to Install the MT5

After a beginner trader has downloaded the MT5 platform on their computer they will then need to first install this MT5 platform on their computer before they can start to trade with this MT5 platform.

To install the MT5 platform a trader will need to open the MT5 platform download file, the download file can be found on the downloads folder on your computer, once you open the MT5 platform download file you will then get the MT5 platform installation pop-pup wizard - to install the MT5 platform just follow the installation instructions by click the setup button - then click next until the MT5 platform installation is complete.

After you finish installing the MT5 platform on your computer you can then open this MT5 software from your computer start menu. Once you open this MT5 platform you can then login using your MT5 Practice account login credentials or your MetaTrader 5 real account login credentials & after that you can open trades on the MT5 platform using your MT5 account.

How to Log in to the MT5

Demo Account Login

You can then use your MetaTrader 5 demo account log in credentials to login to your MetaTrader 5 Practice Account.

To sign in to your MetaTrader 5 account you can use the following procedure:

1. Open MetaTrader 5 platform that's installed on your PC computer
2. Select File Menu at the Tops Left Corner of MT5 platform
3. Select Account Log in from the File Drop Down Menu
4. Select Demo Account Sign-in Option
5. A Meta Trader 5 Demo Account Log in up Window Panel will then appear prompting you to enter your Meta Trader 5 practice account sign in number & password.
6. Click Log in

Real Account Login

You can use your MetaTrader 5 live account login credentials to login to your MT5 Real Account.

To sign in to your MT5 real account you can use the following procedure:

1. Open MT5 platform which is installed on your computer
2. Select File Menu at the Tops Left Corner of MT5 platform
3. Select Account Log in from the File Drop Down Menu
4. Select Real Account Login Option
5. A MT5 Real Account Login up Window will then appear prompting you to enter your MT5 real account sign in number & password.
6. Click Log in
