How to Analyze XAUUSD Symbol on MT5

To add gold symbols on the MT5 platform use the MT5 "Market Watch" Window - To Open the MT5 Market Watch Window, Click "View" Menu next to the "File" Menu at the tops left corner of your MT5 gold trading Platform - from the dropdown menu choose "Market Watch" button key so as to open the "Market Watch" in MT5 software.

Once you open the MT5 Market Watch window the list of available gold symbols will be displayed on the MT5 platform and as gold trader you can open a gold chart from this MT5 market watch window. From this MT5 Market watch window you can also add gold symbols in MetaTrader 5 software.

If you want to add more gold symbols on this MT5 Market Watch window, Right Click within the MT5 Market Watch window and a Pop Window appears - from this MT5 popup window select the option - "Show All" - this will then display all the gold symbols that are available for xauusd trading in MetaTrader 5 software.

Once the gold quotes are opened on MetaTrader 5 Market Watch window, you can then choose any of the gold symbol & open a gold chart by double-clicking on that gold symbol.
