To draw Line Charts on the MT4 Gold Trading Platform, select the charts tool bar within the "MetaTrader 4 Toolbar" - illustrated below and then select the Line Charts tool button:

To view this MT4 charts toolbar in MetaTrader 4 go to 'View' Next to file at the top left corner of the MT4 Gold Platform, Click 'View', Then Click 'Toolbars', Then check the 'Charts' Button. The above MT4 charts toolbar will appear.

Once the above MT4 charts toolbar appears on the MT4 workspace you can then select the type of MT4 gold charts you want to trade with - If you want to trade gold using the gold bar chart, click the gold bar charts tool button as shown above - if you want to trade with gold line charts click the gold line chart tool button - if you want to trade with candlesticks charts click the " candlesticks charts tool button".
