How to Add Order in MetaTrader 4 Mobile

To place an order on the MT4 App open MetaTrader App, on the Mobile App Menu select new order, choose the you want to open a trade order, specify the lot size & then click buy or sell button depending on whether you as a trader want to open a buy order or sell order.
