Pending Orders
Pending Limit Orders and Pending Stop Orders
Limit Orders & Stop Orders
Pending Orders are those placed to commence a fresh transaction once the market hits a price predetermined by the individual trader.
Pending Orders are specifically designated buy or sell instructions that activate only when the market price hits a predetermined level.
When a particular price level is reached and attained then a pending entry order is entered.
Pending Orders facilitate entering a trade when a predetermined price is reached. Since constant market monitoring is virtually impossible, pending orders serve a vital role. If you anticipate the market might execute a specific move, such as decisively breaking through a price level it has repeatedly tested without success, you, as a gold trader, should deploy a Pending Order. The order is executed once the quoted price crosses your specified threshold.
There exist two distinct categories of contingent orders: the xauusd limit order and the xauusd stop order.
These pending orders are also known as gold entry orders.
Limit Order
A pending order to buy/sell at a certain limit.
An xauusd pending limit pending can be used to open buy below the ruling market price quote or sell above the ruling market price quote.
When traders anticipate that the price will rebound after hitting the price quote level at which the pending limit trade order was set, they place these limit orders.
- Buy Limit Specifies to open buy at a level that's below the ruling price
- Sell Limit Specifies to execute sell at a level that's above the ruling market price
Stop Order
A pending stop order in gold trades above the current price for buying or below it for opening sell positions.
When placing a buy order, a pending stop order will be activated as the market rises and reaches the designated buy stop price level.
When selling, a pending stop order is executed as the price goes down & touches the sell stop price level.
- Buy Stop Specifies to execute buy at a level that's above the ruling price.
- Sell Stop Specifies to execute sell at a level that's below the ruling market price.
