Set Relative Vigor Index, RVI Indicator in Chart on MT4

How to Place Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator panel as shown below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click it) & then choose 'Navigator' panel (click), or From Standard Tool-Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, choose "Indicators", (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand the Trading Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking expand button mark (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear as (-) and will now show as a listing as illustrated below.

From Above panel you can then add any indicator you want on the chart.

Setting RVI on Chart

Step 1: Choose the Relative Vigor Index button key in the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the RVI Button, & click okay to add the Trading Indicator in chart as shown below:

Edit RVI Indicator Settings

To Change the Settings, right-click on Indicator, choose properties setting and then edit properties using the pop up menu which pops up & then click ok button once you have changed the setting.

Following pop-up window panel pops up & the RVI Technical Indicator parameters can be edited from the pop up panel.
