To open a real commodity account from the MT4 commodities platform - go to the profiles menu, Select File, then select open an account.

Using the MT4 commodities platform, on the tops left corner: click File then click "Open an Account" button key as displayed below.

Choose Open a Practice Account or Select Open a Live Account Option on the MT4 Platform
