Setting Sell Limit Orders in MT4 Software
To set these sell limit pending orders in MetaTrader 4 platform use the following procedure:
- RightClick on chart
- Select 'Trading' Option on the Menu
- Then Choose 'New' Order Option on Pop up widow that appears
- Then on trade setup popup window panel which pops up (illustrated below), under label 'Type' select the option of "Pending Order" instead of 'market execution' order
- Under the pending order options choose the pending order type: for This trade select "Sell Limit" so as to set a pending sell limit order & after that specify the price at which you as a trader want the sell entry limit order executed.
