MT4 Live Charts

Once you have opened a demo xauusd trading account the next step is to open a XAUUSD chart so as to start xauusd trading.

For this xauusd trading example let's start with a blank screen on the MT4 gold trading platform interface.

To open a new gold chart from the xauusd trading example illustrated and explained below, click the "File" tab at the top left corner of the MetaTrader 4 platform as shown below, then select the option "New Chart".

After clicking "New Chart" a drop down menu will appear with a list of trading instruments that as a gold trader you can choose which gold chart to open. For example clicking the selection for Gold, clicking Gold will open the xauusd chart.

The following gold chart will then be opened on the xauusd MetaTrader 4 platform as shown below.

As a gold trader you can maximize the gold chart as shown below and you can then open xauusd trades from the gold charts or you can place technical analysis gold indicators to analyze the xauusd price movement.

This is how to open a new gold chart on the gold trading platform. You can open as many gold charts as possible and these will be arranged in the form of chart tabs and you can navigate using these chart tabs as shown below.
