Place On Balance Volume Indicator on Metal Chart in MetaTrader 4 Software

This OBV metals indicator tutorial will explain how to place the On Balance Volume indicator on a Metals Chart on the MT4 Metal Trading Platform - MT4 metal trading platform.

How to Place OBV Indicator in MT4 Metal Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Navigator Window Panel
Open the Navigator window as illustrated and shown below: Navigate to ' View ' menu (click it) and then select ' Navigator ' window (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click the 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'
On the Navigator window panel, select 'Indicators' , (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Metal Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Expand the menu by clicking on the expand button key marker (+) or double click the 'indicators' menu, after this the button key will appear as (-) and will now explain and display a list as illustrated and shown below.

From the Above window you can then place any trading indicator that you want on the metal chart. The OBV metals trading volume technical indicator can be used as a metals trading reversal indicator, metals trading exit indicator or metals entry indicator.
Placing On Balance Volume Metal Indicator on Metals Trading Chart
Step 1: Select the On Balance Volume button on the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the On Balance Volume Button Key, and click okay to insert the OBV Indicator on metals chart as illustrated and shown below:

Edit OBV Metals Technical Indicator Settings
To Adjust Settings, right click on On Balance Volume Indicator, choose properties settings and then edit the properties of the indicator using the pop up menu that appears and then click ok button key once you've changed the settings.

The following window panel pop-up pops up and On Balance Volume Trading Technical Indicator settings can be edited from this window panel pop-up.
