How to Open MT4 Stock Chart Tick Chart - MT4 Stock Chart Tick Chart
Tick Chart - open the tick chart of the trading instrument symbol selected. Unlike normal stock charts, the tick chart is located directly in the 'Market Watch' window on the MetaTrader 4 platform.
To Open MetaTrader 4 Market Watch Window, Click 'View' Menu next to 'File' Menu at the tops left corner of MT4 stock trading Platform, then from the drop-down menu choose 'Market Watch' button key so as to open 'Market Watch' on MetaTrader 4 stock trading Platform.
Once you open the Market Watch window the list of available trading instruments will be displayed on the MT4 platform and as trader you can open a stock chart from this market watch window panel.
MT4 Market Watch Window For Adding Stocks Trading Quotes in MetaTrader 4 Platform
The market watch window panel in MT4 platform is used to display an array of stocks price quotes for stock.
To access this Market Watch display of trading instruments on the MT4 Platform a trader should go to view menu as displayed and shown below and select the Market Watch Window by Clicking on it. (The Ctrl+M is the short cut for getting this window popup as displayed below, by pressing this shortcut, you can enable market watch popup window instead of going to 'view' menu)

Once a trader selects the stocks market watch window, the following window panel will pop-up showing a list of trading instruments available for trading.

If you want to add more stock charts quotes on this Market Watch window panel, Right Click within the Market Watch window panel & a Pop Window Panel appears - from this pop up window panel choose the option - 'Show All' - this will then display all the instruments which are available for trading in MT4 platform.
Once these stocks quotes are opened on the Market Watch window, you can then select any of the stock quote & open a stock chart by double clicking on that stock trading quote.

As a trader you may also want to trade an instrument that is not listed on this list as illustrated & shown below. For example, on the above list only 5 instruments are shown.
To get the other instrument symbols that aren't listed, you can right click inside market watch window as illustrated and shown below & the following window panel will pop-up.

To show a list of other trading instrument quotes, select the 'Show All' button key, this will then display all the available pairs.
