So the above is a trade system, simple trading system that is a combination of 2 indicators.

MAs - 2 MAs are used to form the MA crossover system. This cross-over system generates trading signals when the two MAs crossover or under each other.

RSI - RSI cross over over Center mark, 50 level mark, generates either a buy or sell xauusd trade signal.

You'll also require to learn how to draw trend-lines like the ones above so as to know when a trend is broken and when the prices movement are about to change.

To generate a sell signal we shall use the following signals

MA heading downwards

RSI below the 50 center line

For This trading system you would have placed the take profit at the support line where the price reached before pulling a retracement.

XAUUSD system

To generate a buy trade signal we shall use the following signals

MA heading upward

RSI value above the 50 center line

Buy Signal

A strategy is a good method/technique to generate trading signals & although the above example look simple trading the above signals in real-time will take a lot of time before you as a trader can start to trade and execute your trades according to your trade strategy with the ease that the profitable and experienced traders trade with. Learning how to generate trading signals with your trading system will take some time and some practice for you before you can master your trading system/strategy. So take some time to train and to practice the art of executing your trading signals generated by your trading system/strategy.
