The drawing tools for gold channels in MT4 let you create channel setups on the MetaTrader 4 charts. They sit in the drawing toolbar on the platform. If that toolbar is hidden, click View in the top-left menu bar next to File. Then select Toolbars and check the box for Lines Toolbar.

A downward channel is made by drawing a line that goes the same way as the downward trend-line and then moving it to touch the bottom of where the price is moving. This makes a downward xauusd channel, and as long as it stays inside these two channels, the price will keep going down, and the price direction will continue to be bearish.
