Simple Way to Identify Gold Bullish Trend & Upward Trends
Gold Trend is the market tendency of prices to move in a particular direction for a period of time
For an Upward trend the price will move in a general market direction upwards.
This means prices will close higher than where they opened.
Upwards Trend
An upward trend line is drawn below the pattern by connecting at least two lows. This will draw a line that show the general trend direction of market.
The example shown & described below portrays how price moves when it is moving in a bullish market upward trend. The price will move upwards forming support areas.
Since the market moves in a zig zag manner traders normally draw an upward trend line which shows the general upward direction.
Meaning of a Upwards Trend
An upward trend occurs when the price will continue making consecutive higher highs and higher lows. Each high is higher than the previous high- higher high, and each low is higher than the previous low- higher low.
Up trend trendlines gain more validity every time price touches these trend lines but does not penetrate below the upward trendline. An up gold bullish trend remains in place til this series of higher highs and higher lows is broken - the up-wards trend line is broken, price moves below the upwards trend line.
