The Sub-Menu, within the MT4 Metal Trading Indicators Insert Menu can be used to place these MT4 Indicators on a metals chart by selecting and then clicking on the MT4 Metals Chart Indicator to place it on the metals chart.
Once you click on an MetaTrader 4 technical indicator the following window will pop:

As a trader you can just click the 'OK' button to place the MetaTrader 4 Indicator on metals chart.
You can also change a few MetaTrader 4 Indicators setting, for example in the above MetaTrader 4 Indicator you can set the color style to blue, change the line width and change the period used to calculate the MT4 Metals Trading Indicator settings.
A level can also be added by selecting the 'Levels' button as illustrated and shown below:

To add a level on a MetaTrader 4 indicator, just click the add button key and select the level where you want to add this zones, normally this is set as a number. Color of the level can also be changed on the style button marked silver along with format of the line & the width of the line.
The next button shown below, visualization button key is used to determine which metal chart timeframe the MT4 technical indicator should pop on:

By default a metal MT4 indicator is set to appear on all the metal chart timeframes, but you can uncheck the "All Time frames" option and select fewer metal chart timeframes where you want the MT4 indicator to appear on, for example by selecting only the M15, H1 and H4, this way it won't appear on any other metals chart apart from these three metal chart timeframes - to have it show on all metal chart timeframes just check the "All Time frames" option.
