How to Trade in MetaTrader 4 Software

To login & stock trade in MetaTrader 4 platform follow the step by step tutorial described below:

Open MT4 stocks software that is installed on your PC
Choose File Menu at the tops left corner of MT4 stocks trading platform
Select Log in to Trade Account from the File drop-down menu
Type your MT4 stock account login & password
Select the Server - Real for MT4 real stocks account and Demo for MetaTrader 4 demo stocks trading account
Click Ok Button to Login to MetaTrader 4 Stock Trading Account

To trade on MT4 platform follow the step by step tutorial explained below:

Select View Menu at the tops left corner of MetaTrader 4 platform
Choose Market Watch panel from the view dropdown menu
Once you open the Market Watch panel
Select the stock instrument that you want to trade
Open the stock chart of that stock instrument by double clicking on the stock instrument
On the stock chart, right click on the stock chart
Select New Order
Select Buy or Sell to open a buy stock trade or a sell stock trade.

On the stocks order panel you will also need to specify the lot size for the trade you want to open.
