How to Open a Stocks Practice Account on MT4 Software
Stock practice accounts are used by beginner traders to practice & learn how to trade the stock market.
A demo stock account is also used by stock traders to learn about the workings of a stock platform - for examples MetaTrader 4 stock demo account can be used by stock traders to learn how MT4 software works.
Once a trader opens a stock practice account on the MetaTrader 4 platform, the demo account can be used to login to the MT4 stock platform. Once a trader opens and logs in to their MT4 stock platform using the MT4 stock practice trading account they can then open stock charts, analyze stock charts & open stock trades in MetaTrader 4 platform using this MT4 stock demo account.
To open this stock demo account a trader will first need to sign up with their stock broker & specify to open MetaTrader 4 stock practice account after which they will be issued with a MT4 stock practice account sign in number and password.
Using this sign in account number and the account password stock traders can then login to the MT4 stocks platform & place trades on their demo account using this MT4 stocks trading platform.
Opening A MT4 Stock Demo Account From MT4
Stock traders can also open a stock MT4 practice trading account from MT4 stocks trading platform.
To open a stock MT4 demo account from the MT4 platform a trader will first need to download the MT4 software.
After downloading the MT4 platform a trader will then need to install the MT4 platform on their computer.
After installing the MT4 stocks platform on their Desktop PC computer a trader will then need to open the MT4 stocks trading platform on their computer and from the MT4 stocks trading platform work space a trader will then follow procedure explained below so as to open a Stock Demo Trading Account on the MT4 Platform.
- Select File Menu at the Tops Left Corner of MT4 stocks trading platform
- Select Open Stock Account from the File Drop Down Menu
- Select Open Stock Practice Account Option
- A MT4 Stock Demo Account Sign up Window Panel will then appear prompting you as the beginner stock trader to register for a MT4 stock demo account.
Once you register for the MT4 stock practice account you'll then be provided with stocks account log in details - MT4 Demo Account Login Number and Login Password.
You can then use these MT4 demo account sign in credentials to sign in to your MT4 Stock Demo Account. To login to your MT4 stock account you can use the following procedure:
- Open MetaTrader 4 software that is installed on your PC Desktop computer
- Select File Menu at the Tops Left Corner of the MT4 software
- Select Stock Account Login from the File Drop Down Menu
- Choose Demo Account Login Option
- A MT4 Stock Demo Account Sign in up Window Panel will then appear prompting you to enter your MetaTrader 4 stock practice account login number and password.
- Click Login
Once you click the sign in button key you'll then be logged in to your MetaTrader 4 stock practice trading account and you can then use your MT4stock demo account to open stock trades in MetaTrader 4 platform.
