After you've registered for a stock demo trading practice account - you will use the account login credentials & you as a trader can use then download and install MT5 stocks trading software on your PC Desktop computer. If you've never installed any software before navigate to the folder where you downloaded it (don't know where that is, do this Press both Ctrl and J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your key-board, & a list of your downloads will pop up), doubleclick the download MetaTrader 5 file & click next, next until you finish.

After you've installed the MT5 stocks software you will then open the MetaTrader 5 stock platform from the start menu of your PC computer. After you have opened the MetaTrader 5 stocks trading platform you will see MetaTrader 5 platform interface you will be working with which may seem complicated at first but it is not.

How to Setup MetaTrader 5 Platform

At "top left corner" of MT5 software software click on the "File" Menu, a drop down menu appears, scroll to where you see "Login" & click it. You'll then be asked to enter "username" & "password" which you got when you registered for a MT5 practice trading account on your stock broker's web site.' You are now logged in to your MetaTrader 5 platform and you're ready to begin stock trading in MT5 platform.

After this you will see your stock account balance displayed just below the stocks charts and you can now start using the MetaTrader 5 stocks platform to place demo trades on the Stock market.
