How to Place Stock Technical Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Stock Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window Panel

Open Navigator window panel as illustrated and shown below - Go to " View " menu (then click) & then choose the " Navigator " window panel (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click the "Navigator" button or press keyboard short-cut key "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window panel, choose 'Technical Indicators' , (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Stocks Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand the menu by clicking on the expand button marker (+) or double click the "indicators" menu, after that, this button key will now then appear as (-) and will now display as a list as illustrated & shown below.

From Above window you can then add any technical indicator that you want on the Stock chart.

Placing MACD on Stocks Trading Chart

Step 1: Choose the MACD button key in the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the MACD Button Key, and click ok to place the technical indicator on the chart as displayed below:

Edit Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust the Settings, right click on the MACD Stock Trading Indicator, choose properties setting & then edit the properties using the popup menu that pops up and then click ok button after you change settings.

Following pop-up pops up and MACD Stocks Technical Indicator settings can be edited from this pop-up.
