How to Place Stock Technical Indicators on MetaTrader 4 Stock Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window Panel

Open Navigator window panel as illustrated and shown below - Go to " View " menu (then click) & then choose the " Navigator " window panel (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click the "Navigator" button or press keyboard short-cut key "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window panel, choose 'Technical Indicators' , (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Stocks Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand the menu by clicking on the expand button marker (+) or double click the "indicators" menu, after that, this button key will now then appear as (-) and will now display as a list as illustrated & shown below.

From Above window you can then add any technical indicator that you want on the Stock chart.

Placing Standard Deviation Stocks Indicator on a Stock Trading Chart

Step 1: Choose the Standard Deviations button on MT4 list of technical indicators as displayed below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the Standard Deviations Button, & click okay to place the indicator on the chart as shown below:

Edit Stocks Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust Settings, right click on the Standard Deviation Trading Indicator, choose properties settings & then edit the properties using the pop up menu that appears & then click ok button key after you change settings.

Following pop-up panel pops up & Standard Deviations Technical Indicator settings can be edited from this pop up.
