Indicators List on Charts Menu in MT4

On MT4 platform charts menu in the MetaTrader 4 Software, the first option is the Charts Menu. The indicators list is shown below: however it is grayed out meaning that as a trader for now you cannot use this button, so the question is how to activate? - The button is shown below:

MetaTrader 4 Technical Indicators List

This Gold Chart Technical Indicators list will be activated once some technical indicators are added on the trading chart, from the example illustrated & described below the Chart Indicators list button key has been activated as displayed below once the moving average and RSI Indicators have been added on the charts as illustrated below:

This option in MetaTrader 4 is used to listing all the MT4 trading indicators that have been placed on the trading chart. For example once you click the above button a popup window will then appear listing all the indicators placed on the chart - Indicators Collection on MT4 Chart.

As a trader you can choose any of the indicators listed here on this Gold Indicators Collection and either edit the MetaTrader 4 indicator or delete the MetaTrader 4 indicator. To edit or delete choose a single technical indicator and click the "Edit" or "Delete" button.

To Edit a MT4 Indicator, once you click edit button, then the following panel window will appear:

From the above Edit Buttons

• Parameters Button - Edit parameters of an MT4 trading indicator such as colour, line width, calculation method, and the number of price periods used to calculate the MetaTrader 4 indicator settings.
• Levels Button Key - Add a level, for example add overbought level at 80% and over-sold level at 20% on RSI, by selecting the "levels" button, then selecting the point 80 and click add, and repeat for point 20. (First Select The RSI indicator to edit its settings)
• Visualization Button Key - Specify on which chart time frame the MetaTrader 4 indicator will popup on.

The second button is for "Delete", if you as a trader want to delete one technical indicator or many of them at once, just select the one you as a trader want to delete and then press and click this button.
