What's MT4 Charts Tabs?

Upon opening numerous charts within the MT4 gold platform, said charts will be organized into distinct navigation tabs situated immediately beneath the MetaTrader 4 gold charting workspace, as depicted subsequently.

If your MetaTrader 4 display bar is not highlighted, as depicted above, you can follow a step-by-step guide to enable this display bar along with other tabs on the MetaTrader 4 platform.

In the "View" menu's dropdown list, the fourth button says "Charts Bar," as shown above. To see this bar on the MetaTrader 4 software, just click and check or tick this button, and it will appear as shown below, displaying all the open charts as tabs that you can use to open any chart listed.

Once activated, the MT4 bar appears with left and right arrows for navigating other open charts. This feature simplifies chart management for gold traders and others.

For ease of orientation, every tab bar element within MT4 also displays the chart time frame assigned to its corresponding chart. Notably, the final MetaTrader 4 tab does not show its chart timeframe: a gold trader must utilize the adjacent left and right scroll arrow buttons to navigate through them. When the gold trader reaches either extreme, the corresponding arrow greys out - as depicted above, the right scroll arrow is inactive because the initial chart, the gold chart, is the leftmost one on this MetaTrader 4 bar.
