Place MACD Indicator in Chart on the MetaTrader 4 Platform

How to Add Indicators on MT4 Charts
Step 1: Open The Software Platform Navigator Window Panel
Open the Navigator panel just as illustrated below - Go to the "View" menu (then click it) & then choose/select "Navigator" window (click), or From Standard ToolBar click the "Navigator" button key or press keyboard shortcut keys "Ctrl+N"
On Navigator window, choose and select "Indicators", (Double Press)
Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicator Menu on the Navigator
Expand this menu by clicking the unfold button/tool impress mark ed and tagged '+' or double-click the "indicators" menu, afterwards this particular button key will then now appear as (-) & will now be put to display as a listing such as illustrated below.
From the Above window you then can add any indicator which you as the trader want on the chart.
Setting MACD on Chart
Step 1: Choose/Select the MACD button key on MT4 list of indicators like is displayed below:
Step 2: Doubleclick MACD Button Key, and press ok button to add the technical indicator to the chart just as shown below:
Edit Indicator Settings
To Change Settings, right click in MACD, select properties setting & then edit properties using the pop-up menu which pops & then click ok button once you've changed the settings.
The following pop up window panel appears and MACD Indicator parameter settings can be altered and edited from this pop up panel.
