Place Momentum Indicator in Chart in MT4

How to Place Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator panel as shown below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click it) and then select 'Navigator' panel (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator window, choose "Technical Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking expand button mark (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) & will now be shown as a list as shown below.

From Above panel you can then add any indicator you want on the chart.

Placing Momentum Indicator in Chart

Step 1: Choose the Momentum button key in the MetaTrader 4 list of technical indicators as illustrated below:

Step 2: Double-click Momentum Button, and click ok to place it on chart as shown below:

Edit Indicator Settings

To Adjust Settings, right click the Momentum Indicator, select properties setting and then edit properties using pop up menu that appears & then click ok button once you've changed setting.

Following pop-up window appears & Trading Indicator settings can be edited from this pop up window.
